Sodium Sulfide Lead II Nitrate

The reaction between sodium sulfide and lead nitrate
At some point, a magician used a delicate method to prepare sodium sulfide and lead nitrate. Sodium sulfide, yellow and strong in nature, dissolves quickly in water, and its liquid has a pungent odor. It is a sulfur compound, a sodium-containing yang zi and a sulfur yin zi, and the state of synthesis is unique. Lead nitrate, white and pure in color, is also well soluble in water, and dissociates into lead yang zi and nitrate yin zi in solution.

The magician slowly mixed the two solutions, and in an instant, a strange phenomenon occurred. Black precipitation suddenly appeared in the solution, which is lead sulfide. The reason for the reaction is that due to the encounter of sulfur ions and lead ions, the two have strong affinity, and then combine into a precipitate of lead sulfide. The precipitate is black and heavy, and slowly settles at the bottom of the vessel. The remaining sodium ions and nitrate ions in the solution still exist in the liquid phase and are safe.

The formula of this reaction is as follows: Sodium sulfide ($Na_ {2} S $) and lead nitrate ($Pb (NO_ {3}) _ {2} $) combine to obtain a black precipitate of lead sulfide ($PbS $), and sodium nitrate ($NaNO_ {3} $) remains in the solution. In the chemical formula: $Na_ {2} S + Pb (NO_ {3}) _ {2} = PbS? + 2NaNO_ {3} $. Looking at this reaction, it can be seen that the decomposition of matter is wonderful, and it is also a good example for warlocks to explore physical properties and transformation.
